Grab 'n' Go Program We are excited to announce that with the support of the Ozaukee Food Alliance, Grab N Go Thursdays/Fridays (*day may change based on holidays, days off of school, etc.) will continue this school year! Every other week, any students who are signed up for the program will take home easy-to-prepare food and snacks in a brown paper bag. The intent of the program is to ensure these children have food for the weekend ahead.

Ozaukee Family Services is a non-profit agency that serves all of Ozaukee County with a mission of “Improving lives to help individuals and families succeed.” All services (e.g. behavioral health, family education & support prevention education, and senior services) are free or offered on a sliding fee scale – no one is ever turned away because of the inability to pay.

Founded in 1978, Family Sharing is the longest standing Food Pantry in Ozaukee County. Family Sharing’s Food Pantry provides food, at no cost, to Ozaukee County residents in need. The proceeds from our upscale resale store sale go directly to supporting the Food Pantry.

The Birth to Three Program is an early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and/or disabilities. It is a comprehensive, community based, statewide system that promotes a family centered approach to early intervention. It emphasizes family strengths and incorporates informal and community resources. The system ensures cooperative planning between the state of Wisconsin and county's, promotes uniformity of interventions available across the states and involves the education, health, and social service systems.

Wisconsin Wayfinder supports families of children with delays, disabilities, special health care needs, and mental health conditions. Children’s resource guides are helpers who assist families, caregivers, professionals, and organizations in finding a wide array of supports and services available through the Children’s Resource Network. Their services are free and confidential.

Family Promise prevents and ends homelessness for families with children and helps them achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
